2. Account Registration

To use LeaseAI, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeaseAI only for:

Processing commercial lease documents that you have the right to access
Lawful business purposes related to lease management and analysis

You agree not to:

Upload documents you do not have authorization to process
Use the service to process documents containing illegal content
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

4. Your Documents and Data

You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process the documents you submit to our service.

5. AI-Generated Output

Our service uses artificial intelligence to extract data from lease documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated output may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before relying on it for business decisions.

LeaseAI is a tool to assist with lease abstraction, not a substitute for professional legal or financial advice. We recommend having important lease terms reviewed by qualified professionals.

6. Subscription and Payment

LeaseAI offers free and paid subscription tiers. Free accounts are limited to 5 lease extractions per month. Paid subscriptions provide additional features and higher usage limits as described on our pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeaseAI and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the service
Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in extracted data
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Any third-party conduct on the service

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that extracted data will be completely accurate, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeaseAI and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data within 30 days of account termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law
